An interesting looking ocean animal has perplexed local people with its bizarre appearance after it appeared on a shoreline in southern Vietnam.

The recording demonstrates the strange dark brown shaded ocean occupant wriggling it's several appendages in the wake of being caught by a charmed visit manage in Kien Giang area a month ago.

Du Nam Du, the man who spotted it, put it on a green table to get a more intensive look with different beachgoers who were similarly captivated by its bizarre outsiders like shape and developments.

Nam Du stated: 'I don't know whether it's a creature, vegetation or something unique.'

Nearby Kim Tho stated: 'It's a beast. One day it will return out of the sea. It'll be ten times greater.'
